Cancellations: To cancel your booking, please provide us with notice of at least 24 hours before the tour date. Refunds will be given in full for advance payments.
No-Show: Refunds cannot be issued when someone doesn’t show up or doesn’t cancel.
Missed Tour: Regardless of circumstances, missed tour dates yield no refund.
Company Cancellations: For sound reasons, we will contact you 24 hours ahead of time should we decide to cancel the booking. A full refund will be extended to those who have made advance payments.
